1. What is APSAMS

APSAMS is Andhra Pradesh Student Academic Management System. It has two components e-Admission & e-Administration. Tool is to support online admission process for Government and Aided Degree Colleges in the State of AP.

2. What is e-Admission?

e-Admission is Online admission process carried out for selected collges (by Commissionariate of Collegiate Education) of AP.

3. Where I can see the list of the colleges come under the e-Admission process?

Information about colleges like name, address, management type, Courses and intake information comes under admission process can be obtained from the website

4. How will I know when the forms are available?

Time lines are published on the website i.e. And also will be published in various sources like Print media.

5. How can I get an application form from my location?

The Common Application Form (CAF) can be accessed on the website which guides you to apply the CAF correctly.

6. Do I submit the CAF online only?

Yes, some Colleges are not going for online this year. Find the list who are all going online admission this year.

7. Is there any application fee?

Yes, there is application fee. On the last step for application form system will generate Meesave Challan, you have to take the printout of Meeseva Challan and go to nearest Meeseva and pay the fee, thouse who are paid fee at Meeseva only eligible for admissions.

8. Can I Take Print out of Meeseva Challan?

Yes. You need to take print-out the copy of Challan.

9. Where can I pay the fee?

You can pay any of the nearest Meeseva center, you need to carry the printout of Meesava challan along with you.

10. How much do I pay?

A CAF fee is Rs. 70/- and meeseva charges.

11. How do I Sign-up?

You can sign-up with your Halticket Number, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Name. Once you sin-up dialogue box will come with massage and Continues to log-in. Please select it and will direct to CAF.

12. What is the maximum number of options to fill in a CAF by the applicant?

There is only one option to fill the CAF by the applicant.

13. Can I modify my Details?

Yes, you can log-in any time and modify details before closing date by providing Application Number, Date of Birth and Hall Ticket Number.

14. If I forgot Aplication Number, what should I do?

You can get the application number by clicking forgot application number and provide Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number and Date of Birth.

15. Can I get E-mail of my application?

Yes you will get and E-mail copy of an application and copy of Meeseva Challan. You can download and take printout.

16. Can I get meeseva challan receipt to my mail?

Yes you will get an E-mail of your meeseva challan receipt. You can take print out also in case you forgot to take print at the time of application filling.

17. How do I know about the colleges before giving my options?

You can access the Individual College Profiles available on the website and get various details such as streams available, seats and admission fee, etc.

18. What is the maximum number of options to fill in a CAF?

Five is the maximum number of optinos to select in the CAF.

19. How should I choose my option?

An option is a combination of a particular College & Course. You should exercise your options in order of preference only i.e. the most preferred option to be opted first.

20. Will I be selected for multiple options?

No. The selection will be conducted on the basis of merit & reservations. Student will be selected against any one option only.

21. What should I do after getting Intimation?

List of the documents required is given in the Application Printout. Arrange all the requisites for admission such as original certificates for verification, photo and admission fees & report to the Principal of the destination college on the scheduled date & time.
